When I saw this loaf of bread today, I couldn't resist buying it.

It's the most interesting loaf I've ever seen...and the kids think it's really cool!

I'm off to make Rich a sandwich for lunch!!

This group of goats moved into the field behind our place.

Hopefully they can keep the grass level down back there!

This morning Josie had a molar pulled out.  I was so nervous about it, and I didn't dare tell her why she was going to the dentist.  But she handled it much better than I did.  The tooth fairy will be happy with this tooth, shiny cap and all!!

Today's forecast: rain, rain, rain with some snow mixed in.  High of 2C.

The forecast for the next 5 days: rain, rain, rain.

So NOT looking forward to it!

Today was the annual plowing match.  As you can see from the top picture, the weather wasn't too cooperative.  The mud was unbelievable.  The kids were really looking forward to going this year for the first time, but it was WAY to mucky, rainy, and cold.  We stopped along the road, but no one got out!

But this afternoon, the sun is shining brightly, and I found blossoms on my trees along the driveway!!!  (Sorry Auntie Niet, but I HAD to post this!)

Josie is becoming a great helper in the kitchen lately.

Here she's chopping up onions for in the macaroni last night.
