Easy...Yummy...Healthy!
With all the fresh fruit available now, try this great recipe!
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 or 2 apples cut up
500 ml plain yogurt
500 ml Cool Whip
Mix together and chill for 1 hour. Enjoy!
Note: I froze the raspberries before adding them so they didn't turn to mush!
