Tried a new recipe last night...truly a keeper!!

Asian Chicken

Stir together and set aside:
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 3/4 cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional)

Fry in a bit of oil:
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
Remove from pan and set aside.

Stir fry together in a bit of oil:
2 cups broccoli flowerets
1 large red pepper, cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced

When the broccoli is tender-crisp, add the cornstarch mixture.
Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens.

Return the chicken into the pan.
Add:
1/2 cup salted peanuts

Cook until hot and bubbly.
Serve with rice.
