Take a good look at this picture. Can you figure out what's going on?
Dustin is determined to catch a bird...alive. Ever since Grandma told him about the time that auntie Esther caught a bird when she was little, he's wanted to try it.
Way on the other end of the deck, where the birds congregate, he's got a box rigged up, with birdseed sprinkled liberally underneath it. A long rope it attached to the piece of wood that is keeping the box propped up. When a bird goes in for seed, he pulls on rope. I should go check to see if he's been successful yet!
Well, Dustin, how successful were you? I think once they hit the window first they might be easier to catch!! And once you catch him, what do you plan to do with him?

Tell Dustin it WORKS :) But make sure he has an idea for how to take it out of the box.. That is where my plan failed.. lol.. I used pantyhose but the smart birdie evaded me :)
