A couple of nights ago, we had this for dinner.
Pork tenderloin in the crock pot.
It got rave reviews from the entire family!!

Edited to add recipe:
2 or 3 tenderloins - cut in 2 inch pieces, seasoned to your liking.
For seasoning I used seasoned salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
and pork seasoning (Verstegen* Varkensvlees Kruidenmix).
Put all spices in a big Ziploc bag, add tenderloin, seal bag, and shake.
Pan fry tenderloin in butter til brown on all sides.
Put into the crock pot with celery and red pepper.
Add 2 cans cream soup.  I used 1 cream of mushroom, 1 cream of chicken soup.
I also added some of the drippings from the tenderloin.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
I added frozen corn and peas about an hour before serving.
Serve with cooked chow mien noodles.
So yummy!
